  INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2023 *If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more and become more, then you are a better leader* - in order to inculcate the leadership qualities in students , the School Cabinet was formed and they were inducted through a grand *Investiture Ceremony* at *Jai Vatika Public School* , Barnala for session 2023-24, The event was presided over by our honourable *Director Mam Mrs. Vanisha Bansal.* There was lightning of the lamp . *Students* of the *Student Council* first had their *interviews* on 18-19 April with honourable Principal Mam, then they did *campaigning* and finally *elections* were held and they were polled *votes* by the *students* as well as *teachers* . The newly appointed appointees and the house appointees were honoured with sashes and batches and then they took the oath in front of the whole school .   JVPS ensures the celebration of every festival with the enthusiastic participation of the students . This promotes long lasting knowledge about the importance of the festival and nurturing of cultural, traditional and social values. Festive moments were created by the JVPS with their mesmerizing performances on the occasion of Baisakhi . Special assembly was organised for grades 1st to 12th. Students of Legend House performed various activities like Bhangra, Giddha, Role Play, Songs and poetry etc. Kindergarten block was specially decorated with Baisakhi theme(Punjabi Culture). Birthday Celebration for April month born kids with Baisakhi theme was organised. Birthday cake was cut and kids danced on Birthday Songs .The Gidha Bhangra competition was specially organised for kids. Little Vatikans came dressed in traditional attire and danced on dhol beats.
