Baisakhi Celebration

 





🌾🎉🥰 JVPS ensures the celebration 🎉of every festival with the enthusiastic participation of the students👭. This promotes long lasting knowledge👩🏽‍🏫about the importance of the festival and nurturing of cultural, traditional and social values.
Festive moments were created by the JVPS with their mesmerizing performances on the occasion of Baisakhi🌾. Special assembly was organised for grades 1st to 12th. Students of Legend House performed various activities like Bhangra, Giddha, Role Play, Songs and poetry etc.
Kindergarten block was specially decorated with Baisakhi🌾theme(Punjabi Culture).
Birthday🎂Celebration for April month born kids👭 with Baisakhi🌾 theme was organised. Birthday cake🎂was cut and kids danced💃on Birthday Songs🎼.The Gidha Bhangra competition was specially organised for kids.
Little Vatikans👬 came dressed in traditional attire and danced on dhol beats. Best dressed kids were awarded 🥇with appreciation prizes. Principal Ma'am appreciated the students 👭 and gave best wishes for Baisakhi🌾and Birthday🎂🍰🥧🍧🍫.

The festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by social activities, rituals and customs. Students of Jai Vatika Public School celebrated Haryali Teej with great joy and fervour on the school campus. Kids came dressed in traditional Punjabi dresses. The campus was decorated with swings and items related to Teej. A giddha performance was also given by girls. Addressing the kids, teachers briefed about the importance of the day and mentioned that Teej was primarily a festival celebrated by girls and women with songs and dances mainly in the northern and western parts of India. Tiny tots participated whole-heartedly in the fun-filled function. The Punjabi boliyan were presented by little vatikans. Traditional dances, bhangra and giddha were performed by boys and girls. Shaping Future Journalist - News Reporter Activity

JAI VATIKA PUBLIC SCHOOL Class IV – News Reporter Activity The News Reporter Activity was organized for the students of Class IV to enhance their communication skills, confidence, and awareness of current events. They confidently presented National News , International News , Sports News , Weather Report , and Positive News of the Day with clear pronunciation and expressive voice modulation. The activity helped students improve their public speaking, vocabulary, presentation skills, and stage confidence, while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and interest in current affairs. The event was interactive, enjoyable, and a great learning experience. Every student participated with enthusiasm, making the activity both memorable and enriching.
