Jai Vatika Public School, Barnala, organised an enriching, interactive and thought-provoking workshop for the students of *Classes IX to XII* on *“Adolescence Challenges and Strategies to Overcome.”*

The insightful session was conducted by the renowned *Mr. Kiran Kurwade* — Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Career Counsellor, Spiritual Guide, Corporate Facilitator and Writer , who currently serves as Director, Office of Strategic Initiatives, Chitkara University, Chandigarh.

Through engaging interactions and meaningful insights, students explored the various challenges of adolescence, the importance of self-awareness and emotional well-being, and the significance of making informed career and life choices.

The session encouraged students to believe in themselves, recognise their strengths, overcome challenges with confidence, and take thoughtful steps towards shaping their future.

Principal Dr. Parvinder Kaur expressed her appreciation for Mr. Kurwade’s valuable contribution and inspiring interaction with the students. She highlighted that such workshops provide young minds with the right exposure, guidance and support to understand the challenges of adolescence and make informed choices for their personal and professional growth.

The workshop concluded on an uplifting and motivational note, leaving students inspired, empowered and better equipped to navigate the journey of adolescence and confidently step towards a brighter and more purposeful future.
