Remembering the Heroes of Kargil 

Jai Vatika Public School, Barnala, paid a heartfelt tribute to the brave soldiers of our nation through a Special Assembly on Kargil Vijay Diwas, beautifully presented by the students of Elites House.

The assembly highlighted the unmatched courage, patriotism, and supreme sacrifice of the heroes of the Kargil War. Through inspiring speeches, patriotic performances, thought-provoking presentations, and soulful tributes, our students expressed their deep respect and gratitude to the brave hearts who safeguarded our nation. 

The programme instilled in every student the values of courage, unity, discipline, and love for the motherland, reminding us that the sacrifices of our soldiers will always remain an inspiration for generations to come.

 Salute to the heroes of Kargil! Their bravery lives forever in our hearts.

Teej Celebration

The festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by social activities, rituals and customs. Students of Jai Vatika Public School celebrated Haryali Teej with great joy and fervour on the school campus. Kids came dressed in traditional Punjabi dresses. The campus was decorated with swings and items related to Teej. A giddha performance was also given by girls. Addressing the kids, teachers briefed about the importance of the day and mentioned that Teej was primarily a festival celebrated by girls and women with songs and dances mainly in the northern and western parts of India. Tiny tots participated whole-heartedly in the fun-filled function. The Punjabi boliyan were presented by little vatikans. Traditional dances, bhangra and giddha were performed by boys and girls. Shaping Future Journalist - News Reporter Activity

JAI VATIKA PUBLIC SCHOOL Class IV – News Reporter Activity The News Reporter Activity was organized for the students of Class IV to enhance their communication skills, confidence, and awareness of current events. They confidently presented National News , International News , Sports News , Weather Report , and Positive News of the Day with clear pronunciation and expressive voice modulation. The activity helped students improve their public speaking, vocabulary, presentation skills, and stage confidence, while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and interest in current affairs. The event was interactive, enjoyable, and a great learning experience. Every student participated with enthusiasm, making the activity both memorable and enriching.
