Career Counselling Workshop

Jai Vatika Public School, Barnala, organised an enlightening Career Counselling Workshop in collaboration with NIF Global Ludhiana for the students. 

 The session was conducted by Ms. Amardeep Lall, Chief Executive Officer, NIF Global Ludhiana, who shared valuable insights into design education, creative careers, emerging opportunities, and the importance of identifying one’s interests and strengths. 

 Ms. Amanpreet Kaur, Senior Lecturer, also accompanied her and contributed to the enriching interaction with the students. 

 The workshop encouraged students to explore their potential, think creatively, and make informed decisions while choosing their future career paths. 

 Our respected Principal Ma’am, Dr. Parvinder Kaur, appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of providing students with meaningful career guidance. She encouraged the students to remain curious, recognise their talents, explore diverse opportunities, and choose careers that align with their passion, abilities, and aspirations. 

 The session proved to be informative, inspiring, and empowering, motivating students to dream fearlessly and work purposefully towards a bright future. 

 The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to NIF Global Ludhiana, Ms. Amardeep Lall, and Ms. Amanpreet Kaur for making the session insightful and memorable.

Teej Celebration

The festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by social activities, rituals and customs. Students of Jai Vatika Public School celebrated Haryali Teej with great joy and fervour on the school campus. Kids came dressed in traditional Punjabi dresses. The campus was decorated with swings and items related to Teej. A giddha performance was also given by girls. Addressing the kids, teachers briefed about the importance of the day and mentioned that Teej was primarily a festival celebrated by girls and women with songs and dances mainly in the northern and western parts of India. Tiny tots participated whole-heartedly in the fun-filled function. The Punjabi boliyan were presented by little vatikans. Traditional dances, bhangra and giddha were performed by boys and girls. Shaping Future Journalist - News Reporter Activity

JAI VATIKA PUBLIC SCHOOL Class IV – News Reporter Activity The News Reporter Activity was organized for the students of Class IV to enhance their communication skills, confidence, and awareness of current events. They confidently presented National News , International News , Sports News , Weather Report , and Positive News of the Day with clear pronunciation and expressive voice modulation. The activity helped students improve their public speaking, vocabulary, presentation skills, and stage confidence, while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and interest in current affairs. The event was interactive, enjoyable, and a great learning experience. Every student participated with enthusiasm, making the activity both memorable and enriching.
