Every Founder's Day reminds us of where we began and how far we've come. A celebration of legacy, learning, and lifelong bonds Jai Vatika Public School, Barnala celebrated its 21st Founder’s Day with great enthusiasm and reverence, marking another milestone in the glorious journey of the institution. The celebration began on a positive note with a morning prayer, seeking blessings for the continued growth and success of the school. A meaningful thought of the day and a vocabulary word were shared to inspire students to uphold strong values and lifelong learning. Students showcased their confidence and creativity through self composed poem recitation, followed by a vibrant dance performance that filled the atmosphere with joy and energy. A soulful poem recited by a teacher added depth to the programme, reflecting the dedication and commitment of educators towards shaping young minds. The celebration became even more lively with an energetic Bhangra performance, which was highly appreciated by everyone present.The celebration was further enriched with the release of the 6th edition of the school magazine “Pinnacle”, a reflection of the creativity, talent, and literary excellence of our students and teachers. The magazine showcases students’ writings, artwork, achievements, and memorable moments of the school, inspiring young minds to express themselves with confidence and imagination. Our Honourable Director Ma’am, Ar. Vanisha Bansal, extended her heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of Founder’s Day and expressed her sincere gratitude to staff and students for their dedicated efforts and unwavering support.The programme concluded with the inspiring words of our Respected Principal Ma’am Dr. Parvinder Kaur who addressed the students and staff, highlighting the vision of the founders, the achievements of the school over the years, and the importance of discipline, dedication, and values in life. The Founder’s Day celebration was a grand success and instilled a sense of pride and belonging among all members of the Jai Vatika family.

Teej Celebration

The festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by social activities, rituals and customs. Students of Jai Vatika Public School celebrated Haryali Teej with great joy and fervour on the school campus. Kids came dressed in traditional Punjabi dresses. The campus was decorated with swings and items related to Teej. A giddha performance was also given by girls. Addressing the kids, teachers briefed about the importance of the day and mentioned that Teej was primarily a festival celebrated by girls and women with songs and dances mainly in the northern and western parts of India. Tiny tots participated whole-heartedly in the fun-filled function. The Punjabi boliyan were presented by little vatikans. Traditional dances, bhangra and giddha were performed by boys and girls.
