Capacity Building Program on Effective Classroom Management was conducted today, 25.06.2024 by Ms. Bhavdeep Kohli, a reputed Teacher trainer/ Resource person, Counsellor and parenting coach with an experience of more than two decades in the field. It essentially looked into the handling Gen-X and the ways to make the teacher student interaction effective and fruitful. Emphasis was laid on bringing the best out of each student. 7 Cs of communication skills, 4 Cs of 21st century skills and The Scamper Model of Seven perspectives to provoke creative solutions to challenging problems etc. were discussed during the session. The workshop began with an ice- breaking session, wherein teachers with the same month of birthday were required to group together. Ms. Bhavdeep, brought out the weak areas which impacts learning in the class and guided the teachers to take note off and thus empower themselves and work towards achieving effective classroom management.
