First day of the Little Vatikans

 #KindergartenActivities #Firstday #Welcome to the Little Vatikans

JVPS welcomed it's little Kindergarten Vatikans👬 on 16th March 2023 commencing session 2023-24, full of hope, possibilities and enthusiasm. There were mixed feelings of excitement, anxiousness and happiness😁 among students, Parents and teachers. The first day🥳 of kindergarten the biggest learning milestone for the begginers. That's because the tiny tots🙎‍♂️🙎‍♀️ are about to embark on a learning adventure that will go beyond their ABCs; the classroom will also help them boost their social and emotional skills too. Kindergarten is a powerful experience that can help kids set👭up for academic success, create lasting friendships and help teach kids a love 🥰 for learning that will last a lifetime.
The tiny tots were overjoyed and enthusiastic while watching movie and participating in activities(Nursery -Busy 🐝,LKG-Friendly fingers 🌺, UKG- Fun with colour) conducted in the campus. Playing 🛝out in open space served as an emotional boost and helped the beginners to adjust into the new environment. The first day in classroom was overwhelming for students and teachers. Principal Ms Rinki Chakraborty Singh, Coordinator Ms Tanwinder and kindergarten teachers were all present and excited 🤷🏻‍♀️to see the tiny tots 👭entering into school premises. Teachers were there to guide students during dispersal, after a highly successful 🥰 day at JVPS.

Teej Celebration

The festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by social activities, rituals and customs. Students of Jai Vatika Public School celebrated Haryali Teej with great joy and fervour on the school campus. Kids came dressed in traditional Punjabi dresses. The campus was decorated with swings and items related to Teej. A giddha performance was also given by girls. Addressing the kids, teachers briefed about the importance of the day and mentioned that Teej was primarily a festival celebrated by girls and women with songs and dances mainly in the northern and western parts of India. Tiny tots participated whole-heartedly in the fun-filled function. The Punjabi boliyan were presented by little vatikans. Traditional dances, bhangra and giddha were performed by boys and girls. PTM is the best way to know the progress of the child. Parents and students were seen in earnest discussion with various teachers, catching up and finding out about the progress of each student at the end of the session.  Students were happy to go to their new classes and we're excited to meet their classmates and were seen planning for the new level. Students enjoyed the fun games and activities arranged for them. Selfies were taken at selfie point to keep the memories alive . Teachers celebrated holi with students, and wished for all the bright colors in their lives.  JVPS thanks all its parents who contributed towards making  efforts of the school in making students progress come true and cooperating with School.
