Welcomed the Chief Guest, *S. Kewal Singh Dhillon* on Arts Competition

 




*PARIKSHA PE CHARCHA*- an initiative by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is a step to encourage students to stay stress-free during exams and face exams as any other normal routine of a students life.

Keeping this in mind and to explore the 🎨creative potential in the young minds of our children and destress their exam stress, drawing and 🖌️painting competition was conducted with the theme "Pariksha pe Charcha.”📜
The children showcased their creative skills in drawing and colouring🖼️ and the result was amazing art work.
Our school *Principal Rinki Chakraborty Singh* welcomed the Chief Guest, *S. Kewal Singh Dhillon* former MLA of the city and Vice President of BJP Punjab. 💐 Chief Guest felicitated the Winners by presenting them *Medals, Certificates and book* *'Exam Warriors'* written by the honourable Prime Minister and motivated students to remain relaxed and composed during Exams and become real Exam Warriors. He gave best wishes to students for the upcoming exams.
This fun filled activity witnessed an enthusiastic participation by all students.
Principal Ma'am thanked S.Kewal singh Dhillon for his presence and encouraged students to follow the advise given.
It was amazing to watch how little artists creatively portrayed the issues wondrously. The competition was like an extravagance for the students.

Teej Celebration

The festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by social activities, rituals and customs. Students of Jai Vatika Public School celebrated Haryali Teej with great joy and fervour on the school campus. Kids came dressed in traditional Punjabi dresses. The campus was decorated with swings and items related to Teej. A giddha performance was also given by girls. Addressing the kids, teachers briefed about the importance of the day and mentioned that Teej was primarily a festival celebrated by girls and women with songs and dances mainly in the northern and western parts of India.
